4 / Other: Proforma invoice is another method of payment, especially for our first-time clients. An advance payment is requested after a predetermined amount to be paid is agreed. We send the documents upon receipt of payment confirmation from our bank. It is possible to issue an intra-community VAT invoice or to collaborate on the basis of a contract for specific work.
Price list: our translation rates are competitive, especially when compared to the prices of entities that offer translation services in Poland and abroad. Our services are carried out only by or under the supervision of a native speaker.

– Standard written translations from Polish to Spanish: PLN 42.00 per page
– Specialised translations from Spanish to Polish: PLN 45.00 per page
– Translations from other languages into Spanish: to be quoted individually.
– Specialised translations from Polish to Catalan: PLN 50.00 per page
– Other language pairs: prices to be agreed.
1 page contains 1800 characters including spaces in the translated document. All given prices are net prices.

For large, long-term or permanent orders, rates are negotiable with the customer. The rate for certified (sworn) translations is negotiable.
